Community Investment Projects Officer (Social Housing)
Basingstoke
Up to £27,000
Our client sees things differently. They’re a leading provider of affordable homes across north Hampshire and beyond and their business is really going places.
But they’re about more than just bricks and mortar – they’re about people, communities and opportunities. They’re proud of their people and culture. Their people are passionate, dedicated and hard working. And they’ve created a fun, friendly and progressive place to work.
The vision is to make a real difference to the lives of customers and the communities they live in. So our client’s looking for an experienced Projects Officer to help develop and deliver their community investment initiatives, with a focus on welfare reform and financial inclusion.
With overall project management responsibility, you’ll secure external funding for initiatives, devise campaigns based on demand and need and review all projects to ensure the organisation achieves successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and good working knowledge of the social housing sector – particularly welfare reform and financial inclusion. Organised and detail focused, you’ll be a confident communicator who puts customer service at the heart of what you do.
Due to the nature of this role, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport.
This is a role that demands the ability to smile and keep going when the going gets tough. So, if you think you’ve got what it takes to make a difference, now’s a great time to join.
