Salary: £15.6 – £18 per hour
Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer for our client, who is a large and well respected housing provider in the North East of England. We are seeking a driven, professional and customer focussed housing officer to manage a portfolio of c200 properties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
– Tenancy/Estate management
– Monitoring and managing rent arrears, as well as setting up repayment plans and issuing notices.
– Low level ASB…managing disputes within the neighbourhood and quickly dissolving the situation.
– Work with Voids/Maintenance teams to make sure that properties are ready to be rented, and to conduct pre-tenancy interviews with prospective customers.
– Deliver excellent customer service
The successful candidate will also need to have access to their own transport and may be subject to a DBS check.
