The Group consists of;
* Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
* Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity providing services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and those who have been victims of domestic abuse across all age groups across the Midlands.

Trident are recruiting to a new exciting role for a Home Ownership Officer. Part of the housing management department, we are seeking an individual who will work closely with the Income Team Leader to run a slick home ownership service. You will be responsible for all aspects of frontline housing management of Trident’s shared ownership and leasehold homes, as well as supporting the development of processes and working practices.
The Home Ownership Officer duties include: the recovery of rent/ service charges, staircasing and resales, leasehold consultations, resolving disputes and queries, RTB and RTA and other housing management activity such as ASB and lease breaches.
About You
* You will have a minimum of two years’ experience of a home ownership role. A CIH qualification is desirable. It is essential that you have the ability to work under your own steam with minimal supervision, organising your workload to meet goals and KPIs that are set.
* The post is full time, based at the Birmingham office, which includes some home working. With travel across the Midlands, the role qualifies for essential car user allowance.
