Remit
Compass Associates are working with a large Nursing and Residential provider looking to recruit for a Regional Manager based in Essex & surrounding areas. This role is to cover 6 homes which are a mixture of Nursing and Residential. The successful candidate needs to be experienced working as a Regional Manager or similar and ideally have previous experience turning around multiple homes that are non-compliant. My client will consider nurse qualified or non nurse qualified candidates for this role
The Candidate
The candidate will be required to have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Regional Manager or similar.
Requirements (Essential)
Previous multi-site experience
Passion for Elderly care
Operational / Budget management experience
Driving Licence
Interview Process
The interview process will be in a two stage format.
Stage One – Meet with the Operations Director informally.
Stage Two – Meet with the Operations Director and another Line Manager for second interview. Run through CV details and experience.
