Job Title: Health & Social Care Trainer/Assessor – North London

Salary: circa £27,600 + excellent bonuses (OTE £35k) + benefits package + company car

I am currently looking for a Health and Social Care Trainer/Assessor based in the North London area to join my client on a full time/permanent basis. The key responsibility will be to deliver the full apprenticeship framework to H&SC learners in the workplace, either in a group or one-to-one setting. You will manage the caseload (up to 50 learners) with the use of an E-portfolio system therefore I.T ability is important. You will be based from home therefore you will need access to a vehicle and hold a clean license in order to visit learners in the workplace throughout the region.

Suitable applicants for this position will have a minimum 5 years experience within the Elderly Care or Learning Disabilities sector (minimum Level 3 qualified). You will hold an Assessor Award (A1 or TAQA), and preferably a teaching certificate (minimum PTLLS or equivalent). Most importantly you will be share a passion for delivering high quality training and standards to the UK Care sector.

You will eligible for the company bonus scheme which could earn you at least £10,000 per annum in addition to your salary. You will also claim travel expenses at 40p per mile.
