Hays is working with an organisation who assist vulnerable people in getting back in to work. Having recently experienced growth across the country, my client are now looking for experienced Healthcare Professionals to join them on a full- time, permanent basis as Healthcare Advisors. This role is based in Swindon, Wiltshire and is commutable from Reading, Oxford, Gloucester, Bristol and other surrounding areas.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in their return to work; working alongside them and their Key Workers, you will provide an integrated approach to a rehabilitation programme, aimed at improving their physical and mental health in order to help them achieve their full potential.
