Health and Safety Advisor

Friends of the Elderly provides a range of services to some of society’s most vulnerable older people supporting them to retain their independence and dignity whether living in their own homes or in residential care.

We are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor.

Health and Safety Advisor
Location: London, Victoria
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £54,000per annum
Generous benefits including car or car allowance

This role will involve reviewing and monitoring all H&S policies, procedures and processes in line with current legislation and ensuring compliance. Working closely with Managers, this person will ensure that H&S policies are then communicated internally and a monitoring system is put in place to ensure standards are maintained.

The successful applicant will have a NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management and be a Member of IOSH, with Chartered Status or working towards this.
