Head of Operational Excellence

Exclusive are currently working with a North East pharmaceutical company as they look to appoint a Head of Operational Excellence to join their team.

As Head of Operational Excellence you will be responsible for working closely with the Site Leadership Team and Middle Managers in leading the change process through promoting continuous improvement and developing a culture of operational excellence throughout all levels of the company.

With a proven background within operations and leading change within a similar sector, you will understand the importance of monitoring adherence to quality systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory service standard and maintaining appropriate documentation where required.

A Black Belt in Six Sigma and Lean Management, you will be a results orientated individual with the ability to develop, communicate and implement an appropriate change strategy across the business as a whole.
