Salary: £72,000 – £78,000 per year
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to be an integral part of the senior leadership team as the Head of Marketing. This is working for a client of mine which a global market leader in there is chosen field. You’ll be a key member of the Management Team and you’ll be reporting into the Managing Director of the Division.
You’ll be working closely with the divisional leadership team, particularly the Head of Commercial and Head of Sales to develop a marketing strategy which supports the delivery of divisional strategic plans, drives revenue and ensures growth of the customer base.
Excellent leadership capabilities and strong communication skills are essential in this role as is collaboration with Marketing Leaders in the UKI region and across the globe. Along with ability to demonstrate clear, strategic, creative and successful brand building campaigns you will also need to be innovative and comfortable to think strategically to help deliver our business vision.
You’ll be developing and managing a plan for key marketing initiatives across the segment which drive sales and produce tangible return on investment. You’ll be working closely with the commercial leadership team to design and deliver a marketing strategy which supports delivery of business goals and targets.
They need someone who can collaborate across the segment, but also across the UKI business, to ensure a consistent and joined up approach to marketing, along with devising and delivering innovative and varied marketing plans and tools which maximise our business opportunities.
You’ll ensure that our marketing strategy includes and considers all digital marketing opportunities and relevant social media channels. Sourcing relevant and forward looking customer intelligence and market research which helps guide and direct business strategy, along with constantly reviewing industry and sector trends, ensuring that we lead the way with innovative and new ways of reaching our customers are key to the role.
