Head of Marketing

Salary: £60,000 – £84,000 per year

The Head of Marketing role is a key hire within this fast-growing organisation. Reporting to the Co-Founders of the business, the new hire will be responsible for driving revenue through ecommerce business across the UK, Europe and USA, following recent restructuring.

Responsibilities For Head Of Marketing

* Managing a multi-million pound cross Marketing channel budget

* Building out our wider Marketing function

* Working with the executive team to set and deliver on Marketing strategy

* Data analytics – both on current adverts, marketing channels and processes, and new trends and competition

* Overseeing, delivering and reporting on marketing campaigns to ensure ROI

* Overseeing content creation for social media, websites and advertising – video and static

* Website management and overseeing design and improvement

* New product ideas to supplement current and future campaigns

* Diversifying omnichannel marketing strategy beyond digital ads

* Affiliate marketing knowledge and procedures

Requirements For Head of Marketing

* 3+ years experience with Google/Facebook advertising – achieving a low CPP and high ROAS

* Very strong analytic skills and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the levers of campaign optimisation

* Demonstrable experience in creating campaigns based on customer insight/industry trends

* Track record of high-performing outbound email campaigns – and demonstrate knowledge of the latest practises in email marketing
