MUST HAVE ADOBE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & A GOOD GENERAL MARKETING BACKGROUND

An opportunity has arisen for Marketing Co-ordinator with a long term view to become Manager. The role would suit a well organised and motivated individual looking for long term career development. The role will include the following tasks:-

Managing the exhibition process including booking stands, completing paperwork, arranging stand design, packing stand for shipping and organising personnel including booking travel arrangements.

Update and manage the Company websites including adding new product lines, promotions and event dates.

Booking advertising and organising sending out brochures etc. for the follow-up

Ordering stationery including letterheads, business cards etc.

Producing and sending mailings

Internet research

Design and creation of new Company literature, packaging and branding

Keeping the trademark information up to date and renewing where needed

Assisting with other day to day tasks

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word and Publisher and must have experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

This role can get very busy and it is essential to meet deadlines so the candidate must be very organised, able to hit the ground running and have creative flair.
