Position – Head of IT
Location – London (Essex) – Hybrid/Flexible working avaialble
Salary – £75,000 – £100,000 + Benefits DOE
Background:
La Fosse have been Retained by a PE-backed group currently going through a huge period of transformation and growth via acquisition.
They are seeking a Head of IT to lead them through the delivery of some critical programmes of work, including the migration of several key applications to the Cloud, as well as the overhaul of their e-commerce platform and internal Data functions.
Reporting to the CFO, this is a role where you remain hands-on where required, whilst also managing an existing IT function and 3rd Party Supplier ecosystem.
For this role you will require:
- Experience in leading an IT function having overseen large IT projects and transformations.
- Experience working within a multi-site environment.
- Experience in remaining hands-on whilst managing IT functions and 3rd Party Suppliers
You will especially stand out as a candidate for this role if:
- You can demonstrate successful tranformation experience with back-office applications (e.g. Dynamics365 CRM)
- You have experience in modernising the e-commerce platform within an organisation
- You have specific experience within the B2B Retail, Distribution or Supply Chain sectors
