Head Chef

Our client is a fantastic Gastro Pub / Pub Restaurant that champions the use of quality seasonal and local produce, due to their continued success the now have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to head up the kitchen at their site in Horsham.

You will have financial responsibility for the kitchen, be leading a team of chefs and have the luxury of autonomy in menu planning and suppliers you work with additionally you will be responsible for motivating and managing the team and be responsible for its smooth running on a day to day basis.

To apply for this position you will be a creative Head Chef with a genuine passion for food, combined with strong on product awareness of seasonal and local produce, a stable career history and experience preferably gained in a high volume restaurant or quality pub where you have worked with fresh seasonal and local produce. You will also have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding high standards and running a profitable operation, you will also be able to manage and motivate junior members of the team to achieve bigger and better results.
