Main duties and responsibilities: As the inspirational driving force behind the kitchen’s operations, you’ll be the brains behind everything from the creation of imaginative menus to the recruitment and training of staff, ordering stock, quality control, health and safety and the achievement of budgetary targets.

Essential criteria: You will have experience of working in a similar standard establishment, with an excellent attitude towards learning, be passionate about good quality cuisine and show dedication to your career. A stable background is desired for this position. Rosette experience would be advantageous. This role would also suit a Sous Chef looking to take the next step up in their career. Accommodation provided: Yes, on an all inclusive basis

Charge for accommodation: 59.00 GBP per week
