Are you a Head Chef looking for an exciting new role?
My client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to head up their brigade. You will also play an important role as part of the Senior Management team. The food sales account for a majority of the business and if you have a passion for good fresh food and can motivate the team – we want to talk to you.
The Head Chef role gives you the opportunity to make crucial decisions and you’ll have enormous influence over the performance of the business.
Together with the managers you will help develop the menu and be responsible for ensuring to source fresh ingredients from the best suppliers and negotiating the best deals.
They are looking for someone who has good leadership skills and the right personality to encourage the best from the team and show your hands-on experience to maintain high volume and the expected standards of quality and consistency.
You will be part of a successful company who has been awarded Pub Group of the Year.
As Head Chef you will be rewarded with a salary package of approximately £38,400
You must be able to prove your right to work in the UK and provide references.
