Platinum Recruitment’s Chef Division is currently representing this large multi outlet hotel near Reading and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team and run one of their kitchens.

The hotel offers two totally different centres in both style and feel: The Hotel offers 54 meeting rooms and 367 en-suite bedrooms. Also available, a championship golf course, indoor pool, mini gym and spa”.

POSITION

We are looking for someone who has a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator and a hands on Manager with exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile for our customers. Previous experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment and the proven ability to manage people within a similar role are required.
The key thing the new Head chef must have is experience in high volume / high pressure environment, eye for quality, experienced & hands on manager to run team of 15 – 18 people looking after bar, restaurant and food for events.
