Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Finance / Technician / Legal

Role: Trainee Headhunter

Location: Holborn/Covent Garden

Salary: £26,000 per year(negotiable) + OTE (Expected 1st year earnings £35-£40k)

One of London’s newest and most ambitious boutique recruitment agencies are looking for dynamic and talented graduate’s to join their team. The ideal candidate is someone who will thrive in a work hard – play hard environment, where self-motivation and ambition is rewarded with a market leading commission structure and a fantastic working environment. They are looking to expand the business from 30 to 60 employees by the end of the year, thus this is an exciting time to enter as you could be managing the new staff.

The company was started by 2 experienced high earning recruitment consultants who spotted a niche in the market for a headhunting firm specialising in IT and Finance positions. They set up during the financial downturn yet managed to quickly establish themselves, proving that not even a tough market can slow them down. The company has been hugely successful and therefore they have been expanding ever since with global ambitions being realised in the very near future. They only work with the leading and most exciting firms across the global financial markets whom you will be encouraged to build strong working relationships with, regular corporate entertainment is actively encouraged. After specialising in the tech markets, the client has now expanded into finance and the legal sectors.

Due to this recent expansion they are looking for 2x Finance headhunters, 1x Tech and 1x Legal headhunter.

The role will involve headhunting, networking and building relationships with your clients and candidates alike. You will be recruiting the city’s most successful people, so you will need to match their dynamism, energy and tenacity!
