The Job – Oil & Gas Recruitment Consultant

You’ll join the team a trainee recruitment consultant where initially training will be the biggest part of your day. As a graduate trainee you’ll work directly with your recruitment manager to implement everything you are learning and to benefit from their specific market knowledge.

Training will be provided both internally and externally in a variety of different environments. You will work closely with candidates applying for jobs as well as headhunting people within the market. You will progress to working with clients, setting up interviews and doing every aspect of the role within 3-6 months. You will also gain valuable qualifications that will increase your knowledge and credibility.
