We are looking to recruit a recent graduate to work as a trainee Recruitment Consultant at our new offices in Fareham. Blueprint is an expanding recruitment company which specialises in professional recruitment and we have recently relocated to the Cams Hall business park close to the M27 motorway. No previous experience is required but applicants must be confident in using the telephone and keen to work in a sales office.

We are looking for a graduate with the ability to use their enthusiastic personality in a vibrant and exciting sales environment. Our graduate trainees come from a wide variety of universities and courses, so we are interested in receiving applications from graduates from all disciplines, whether Arts, Engineering or Humanities such as English, Business Studies, History or Psychology. Our Oil & Gas division operates in a fast paced and exciting area of business so you will need to be a determined and proactive individual who is motivated to succeed.

Recruitment Consultants at Blueprint are highly motivated and have excellent communication skills. You would be working with like-minded individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude who have the desire to be successful and enjoy working together to achieve team success.

The role of a trainee Recruitment Consultant predominantly involves establishing and developing business relationships with client companies and outlining the benefits of using Blueprint as a recruitment services provider. Consultants also need to interact well with candidates in order to match them to relevant vacancies.
