Recruitment Consultant – Graduate / Trainee

SG Personnel is a fresh, ambitious and expanding recruitment agency looking to grow our business across the North East region from our office in Doxford Park, Sunderland. Given our success since opening the business in 2013, we are now looking to add two talented graduates to our recruitment team

This is an ideal opportunity to start a career in the recruitment industry with a company who will provide the necessary training and support to succeed. The role will involve elements of sales, recruitment, interviewing and selection, and account management.

Most importantly, you will need to demonstrate that you can engage with a wide spectrum of people and characters and possess the ability to communicate to a high standard both face to face and on the telephone.
