Graduate / Trainee Quantity Surveyor / Construction

They have a proven track record of working with all of the major UK developers to complete projects on time and on budget over and over again.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate / Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join them and provide assistance on a range of projects across the UK.

Reporting to the Commercial Director and Quantity Surveyor, you will be given a variety of tasks with the overall aim of progressing to a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor. You will administer sub-contract payment certificates, prepare monthly applications for payments / valuations as well as manage and administer the surveying department document control. Managing sub-contractor packages, you will monitor costs and budgets, attending various sites across the UK to report on progress.

They are looking for a logical and methodical Construction / Q.S qualifying graduate with an enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Experience in the industry would be advantageous however this is not essential. The Company will offer you structured training and enrolment onto the RICS APC in order for you to obtain Chartered status.

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and be able to commute to the head office in Haydock along with the ability to travel as and when required.
