A very exciting opening has become available at a UK leading commercial planning and property consultancy for an ambitious Graduate Surveyor who is looking to work through their APC towards full chartership based in their office in Edinburgh.

The Graduate Surveyor will be joining a company that has some of the largest retail and commercial clients in the country and will be joining their specialist lease consultancy team that are among the most talented and supportive in the industry.

To apply, you must hold a degree in a relevant discipline preferably estate management orientated. You must possess some hands on lease consultancy experience (residential or commercial) within a private sector consultancy whether that be post qualification or by placement during the course. Candidates that can express drive and passion for the lease consultancy sector will be front runners in this process.

The Graduate Surveyor will be providing key support in the areas of lease renewals, re-gearing and lease variations, rent reviews, advice on assignments and sub-lettings, court attendance for lease renewal and other disputes and expert Witness.
