About You
My client is looking for someone that is highly self motivated, ability to work well within a team and calm under pressure, communication skills and a drive to succeed are essential. You need to also have an understanding on how to network as the role will require someone who can generate new business.
It is also imperative that you have experience in at least one of the following areas, Dilapidations, Contract Admin, Party Wall, Rights of Light.

The client is situated in the centre of London with a dynamic and friendly team all ready on board. The newly refurbished Office’s offer a relaxed and calm working atmosphere. They specialise in Contract Administration, rights of Light, Building Surveys and all Party wall matters. The team is looking to expand over the next year due to its record profits.
