Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit a Science graduate with a flair for working with children and young people for a secondary school in Crawley, West Sussex.

Our client school is based in Crawley, West Sussex and are keenly looking to appoint Science graduates to join their school team to support the learning for GCSE level students. You must have at least a 2:1 degree and 6 weeks experience working with children and young people.

This role is to start ASAP, and the ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge as well as a flair for communicating effectively to pupils of all abilities.

Minimum rate of Salary: £26,000per year

Hours – 8:20am-4pm (term time only)

Supply Teacher Experience, Training and Qualifications

You must have a degree of 2:1 or higher and have at least 6 weeks experience working with children and young people

Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.

Strong Behaviour Management skills are a must.

To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must;

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.

Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

Provide two professional child related references.
