LOCATION: Commutable from Scunthorpe, Bridlington, Doncaster, Hull, Beverley, Selby, York, Grimsby

SALARY AND BENEFITS: £26,000 – £33,600– Dependent on Experience

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

* Some previous experience of working as a Building Surveyor

* Minimum HNC in Construction/Building Studies

* Experience of carrying out full property surveys

Reporting to the Director, the successful Building Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out a range of Building Surveying tasks on a variety of properties, predominantly housing. The Building Surveyor will also be responsible for reactive inspections of properties to identify defects and propose remedial works. There are 2-3 positions available with my client and they will consider candidates who are graduates or candidates without a degree but with some building surveying experience.
