Ashbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor preferably MRICS for an independent multi-disciplinary consultancy located in Warwickshire. You will be undertaking a varierty of instructions including; Contract admin, Project management, Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition surveys and more.

Main responsibilities:

* Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client contacts and business opportunities.

* Develop relevant knowledge and skills through regular CPD activities and maintain an up-to-date awareness of all necessary legislation affecting the technical aspects of building surveying.

* Effectively communicate with both internal and external parties ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects.

* Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example timesheets, expenses etc.

Requirements:

* A RICS accredited degree

* Strong IT skills, including MS office applications and AutoCAD

* Good team player but able to work independently

* Full driving licence
