Salary: £30,000 – £44,400 per year

Chartered Building Surveyor

Stafford Lawrence Ltd have been engaged to find a Chartered Building Surveyor for a position with a multidisciplinary property consultancy for their offices in the East of England.

The role will suit a recently Chartered Building Surveyor, or soon to be Chartered Building Surveyor with experience of Education and / Or Heritage projects. The role will be based from their offices on the Cambridgeshire/ Suffolk border.

Requirements for the Chartered Building Surveyor

* MRICS – Chartered Status – Or 12 months from sitting APC

* A degree qualification in Building Surveying

* Circa 2-5 years experience as a Building Surveyor

* Some experience of Education projects, or Heritage Projects would be essential for this role.

* Experience of Contracts Administration, Specification writing, CDM/PD and Project Management.

Salary & Benefits for the Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client are open to salary requirements, based on experience. Salaries will be discussed on a case by case basis. Our client is also interested to hear from candidates with a few years experience who have not yet attained chartered status, so salaries will vary
