The Role

Working alongside a Senior Surveyor you will assist in the commercial management of complex and diverse Concrete structures worth up to 20M in the Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Education and Health sectors within the M25.

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a degree and a minimum 12 months post graduate experience with a contractor.
The Company
Our client is an established specialist sub-contractor that has been trading for over 30 years. They deliver a Concrete structures service to the built environment. The company turns over circa £120M pa at present and this will move to beyond £150M in 2015/16. Over 50% of the turnover for 2015/16 is already secured. The Client base is established with Brookfield Multiplex, Mace, Wates. Relationships with all of these businesses are excellent.
The Package
For this role we are targeting candidates looking to earn anywhere from £42,000 – £48,000 per annum. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced professional.
