Global Learning & Development Manager (South East)

Our client is seeking a Learning and Development professional with significant experience and a real passion for the use of learning technology to support learning across a global audience. Key Responsibilities
*Management of a team responsible for the development of high quality online learning interventions including instructional designers, developers and subject matter experts both in the UK and virtually.
*Stakeholder Engagement at the highest levels, articulating detailed strategic learning objectives into a cohesive plan.
*Undertake detailed activity to understand strategic business objectives and ensure the identification of appropriate learning solutions across a complex business.
*Provide support to the senior management in both the planning and execution of the learning strategy.
*Oversee the development and continuous improvement of programmes, working with subject matter expert groups in their design and delivery, providing greatest value from the investment.

*Have a proven track record in the design, development and delivery of learning programmes aimed at a wide audience.
*Demonstrate a proactive, positive and results-oriented approach with a focus on innovative techniques and offerings and the ability to share knowledge
*Digitally savvy and a deep understanding of learning trends.
*Demonstrate strong project management skills and clear, creative and proactive thinking
*Capable of promoting knowledge and programmes to a wider audience to increase buy-in to innovative approaches
*Be able to coach and work highly effectively with others to implement large-scale high-profile initiatives.
