Location: Remote with travel

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About you:

Are you an experienced, motivated administration professional with a track record in ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to and administration systems maintained? Are you ready to influence and raise the bar with regards to high quality development delivery that recognises and rewards in equal measure?

We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities and site management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for.

We’re four years young and growing in the provision of our on site solutions to the prison service and want applicants with:

Experience of working in an office environment

Experience of office based IT systems

Experience of working to tight deadlines

Experience of multi tasking and working at pace

Good standard of Maths and excellent written and spoken English (including process drafting)

Excellent organisational skills, time management, ability to prioritise and organise own workload, and able to work to deadlines without supervision

Very good IT skills including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

Customer service experience (or qualification)
