Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service
The Role:
– To communicate in German and English with customers by telephone and email.
– To manage client accounts and handle the case from start to finish
– To respond to customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
– To analyse current data, generate reports and communicate findings
– To carry out general administration
The Candidate:
– Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in customer service – Desirable
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– IT literate
– Based at a commutable distance from Shipley, Leeds
The Salary: up to £24,000 p.a. + Benefits
