Customer Service Manager / Customer Service Executive

Based in Hammersmith my client is not only a fashionable and ambitious brand but a company who are market leaders in innovation and looking to increase their growth throughout Europe! In London they have launched their UK Customer Service Office and are seeking to hire a Customer Service Manager / Call Centre Manager Salary: £26,000 – £26,400per year + package/benefits.

You will be responsible for the establishment, running and growing of this office while handling all the incoming customer questions by e-mail and telephone. The speed, detail and quality of the customer service level are imperative when handling clients and their requirements. (Warehousing and distribution will be done from our company in The Netherlands).

Job Responsibilities (not exclusive or exhaustive):
* You will be responsible for the accurate, customer-friendly and solution-based handling of customer questions by either phone or e-mail.
* You will take care of the administrative processing and be in control of the order processes.
* You will manage customer payments and both return and guarantee shipments.
* You also will be responsible for translating content of our UK web shop.

Essential/Preferred Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:
Customer Service Manager / Call Centre Manager
* Educated to degree working and thinking level.
* Very responsible and completely reliable.
* Excellent written communication and writing skills.
* A master of the English language with fantastic verbal ability.
* A commercial intellect and way of thinking.
* A customer focused and customer sensitive approach to business and queries.
* The ability to work independently, organise properly and maintain a strategic overview
* Accurate and precise.
* A knowledge of the Dutch and / or German language is an advantage.
* A technical understanding of, and affinity with, lighting products is an advantage.

Associated salary and Benefits:
+ £26,000 – £26,400per year Basic Salary; depending on experience
