Customer Services Adviser

Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

We are currently looking for a Customer Services Adviser to work within one of the UK’s fastest growing and successful finance businesses. The role offers an excellent salary and benefits, flexible working and lots of opportunities to develop in the future.

This role is based in Sevenoaks and offers a Salary: £26,000 – £27,600. The role requires you to work Monday to Friday, shift patterns between the hours of 8am –8pm, and 1 in 3 weekends 9am-5pm/10am-6pm (day in lieu).

We would be keen to speak with anyone who has previous experience working within retail, customer services, telesales, or telephony-based positions. In a role such as Customer Service, Telesales Advisor, Sales Assistant, or Sales Executive. This role would also be suited for a graduate/school leaver looking to make the first steps within a rewarding finance company or someone looking for a part time position to cover ½ weekly shift patterns.

As a Customer Services Adviser you would be required to –

Respond to Inbound and outbound telephone enquiries in a professional and respectable manner
Maintain customer account records by recording / updating and deleting information as required
Updating electronic and paper filing in order at all times
Record any dissatisfaction / satisfaction information in line with the company procedure’s
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Collection of initial product or service problems
Completion of welcome calls as required
Promotion of retention scheme during each customer interaction where possible
