German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

On behalf of our prestigious client Amazon Logistics based in Bardon Hill, Coalville, we are currently looking to recruit German speaking call centre operatives to assist with their fleet of drivers thought out the UK and Germany.

The role will be based in their Traffic Office Centre and deals exclusively with their delivery drivers.
Candidates should have excellent phone manner and problem solving skills.
You will provide timely resolution and be able to understand issues without compromising on time. You will have a basic understanding of Logistics and should be able to communicate with customers and clients over the phone.
To be considered you will have excellent communication skills, good working knowledge of the internet and ability to use navigation websites and a good phone manner.
The environment will be high energy and you will be dynamic and have the passion to provide the excellent customer service.

Shifts- 08:00 – 16:30 10:00 – 18:30 14:00 – 22:30 – but a degree of flexibility is required.

PAY; £26,000 per year
OT RATES; £14.50 over 40 hours and £26,000 per year after 50 hours
