Customer Service Advisor – Inbound Call Centre Agent (Working From Home)

Salary: £26,000per year
Assessments are carried out in Leeds City Centre.

We have a unique opportunity for a number of customer service advisors to work from the comfort of their own home and join a global leader in virtual technology solutions! We are looking for keen and motivated individuals who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service!

Responsibilities:
-Handling inbound calls which means no sales and no outbound calling.
-Dealing with account enquiries, bill calculations and meter readings.
-Resolving customer issues and handling complaints.

Requirements:
-A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a contact centre or customer service role.
-Experience within collections or complaints would be beneficial.
-Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
-Must be dedicated, self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
-A recent DBS at own expense will be required to progress your application.
