A micro manufacturing business, part of a larger group, are looking to appoint a General Manager to support the site MD in the improvement and development of systems and processes. This is a business that has shown consistent growth over several years and despite the tough market conditions, they continue to see growth in their order intake. As a small business, the team are close and staff retention is very good, so you will be joining a group of people that you’ll find welcoming and supportive, and keen to develop their business.

The Candidate | What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for candidates that have some experience in the following:

• Production planning and ERP system management.
• Purchasing and supplier negotiation.
• IT system development.
• Finance and budgetary control.
• HR Management.
• Production.

This role would ideally suit those that have previous experience of working in or running and SME manufacturing or production business and have a rounded skill set having done a bit of everything. It will provide stability of employment, a great working environment with a friendly and fully committed team and the opportunity to continue your professional development with the training provided by the parent group.

Salary & Package | What’s On Offer?
