Park General Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000approx. Dependant on experience.
Hours: 40 + hours per week
Are you looking for a new role in management and have previous caravan park experience? Boasting several sites based over the North Coast of Kent, due to current growth, our client is now looking to expand their team with high calibre individuals.

As Park Manager you will be fully responsible for all aspects of the park across all departments including Owner Services, Front of House, F&B, Sales, Maintenance etc. This operation will require a more hands on approach to management in order to get the best results contributing to a profitable financial turnover. You will be responsible for a small team who are on park to ensure that Guest Services are always at the highest standards. Holiday Park Management experience is essential for this role either on an independent operator or equally a large operator.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Fully responsible for a small team who contribute to all aspects of running the Park successfully
* Require the individuals to be on call 24/7 as and when required to deal with any issues
* Ensuring the provision of an outstanding guest/owner’s experience with the aim of exceeding expectations
* Ensuring the presentation of the park, reception and facilities are attractive, welcoming, functional and safe.
* To ensure grounds are kept in excellent condition by the relevant personnel
* Help oversee a smooth running of the park
* Report directly to the Regional Managers and Group Ops Directors
