General Manager
Full Time – Temporary
£30 000 PA + DOE
Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join our client, on a temporary on-going basis. We are looking for candidates who have proven managerial experience, and are commercially aware within an Engineering environment.
As the successful General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the business. Your day to day duties will be varied, and you will need to be flexible in your approach to working due to the ever changing needs that will be required of you.
Day to day duties will include, but will not be limited to;
– Oversee all daily operations
– Implement strategy and ensure all targets are met
– Manage and motivate staff
– Assist on shop floor when necessary
– Delivery of an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
