An excellent opportunity has come up with a client of mine who are a nationwide company who are looking for a Funeral Care Trainer/Assessor on a permanent basis to deliver training and assess learners across the London and Greater London region.

My client is one of the largest training company’s in the country and are expanding rapidly and will soon become the largest in the UK.

My client is looking for someone who has occupational competence in funeral care and with an ambition to move into training the future funeral directors of tomorrow.

If you don’t have you Assessor award and/or Pttls teaching qualification, they will put you through the qualifications. So if you are looking to pass on your experience and gain additional qualifications, then this would be for you.

will generally be working Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, where you will initially take on a caseload of around 20 learners if you are an unqualified Assessor and once you complete your qualifications, you caseload will increase to a maximum of 40 learners.

Due to the role needing travel around London and Greater London, you will need to be able to drive and own your own vehicle. As the role will be within the M25, there will also be remuneration for any public transprt taken. In addition to this, you will need to be a good communicator and have excellent personal and diary management.

The salary for this role is between £26,040and £24,700 with mileage and public transport being paid by the company. You will also be entitled to a work mobile and laptop.
