French-Speaking Policy Technician

Salary: £16.08 per hour

French-speaking Policy Servicing Technician- Glasgow – Salary up to £16.08p/h

This is a 12-month temporary contract. The salary available is up to £16.08p/h.

This role will follow a hybrid-working model, office-based Thursdays, and Fridays.

Are you who we’re looking for?

• You are fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
• You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• You have experience in Administration or data processing (preferred)
• You have previous data entry experience
• You have strong organisational skills
• You have computer proficiency

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Accurately input data into various internal systems
• Preparing insurance policy documentation within agreed SLAs and quality standards
• Providing administrative support to the company’s Underwriters
• Having an in-depth understanding of processes
• Continuously reviewing the processes with the intention of improving, error proofing, automating, simplifying, clarifying, and eradicating any “non-value” steps
• Proactively gaining and developing knowledge of all relevant insurance products
• Indexing documents accurately to required policy numbers within the company’s systems
