Accountant – French Speaking

Andrews Sykes is UK’s Largest Specialist hire company, providing the best pumps, heating and cooling equipment for virtually every need, location and application!

Due to growth we are seeking a Accountant, French speaking to work on our overseas accounts, based in our Wolverhampton Offices.

Key responsibilities –

– Review Sales, Expenes reports and process any required journals
– Review accounts and process required accurals/prepayments
– Question overspend
– Production of monthly management accounts packs and supplementary reports
– Summarise accural and prepayment schedules
– Produce debtor reports and circulate
– Liaise with overseas subsidiaries to perform regular stock check on hire fleet stocks
– Liaise with overseas subsidiaries to perform regular stock check on new stocks
– Prepare company budgets by depot
– Review depot budgets with European Finance Manager and Managing Director

Key attributes –

– Fluent in writing/reading/speaking French
– Previous experience working as a support accountant
– Working in a busy accounts department
– Experience working with overseas subsidaires
– Experience working with SAP accounting package or equivalent
– Part or fully qualified accountant
– Flexible travelling
