The Company:
Our client is a Subsidiary to a French Group

Main duties:
To deliver exceptional customer service and support the development of all Group Brands with key UK partners.
Provide administrational, logistical and operational support to the UK Team
Act as the prime contact with French Office

The Role:
– To provide customer support to French-speaking customers
– To process orders and ensure on-time delivery
– To liaise with other departments regarding product Availability / Quality / Shipment / Pricing
– To communicate with customers overseas and handle enquiries and complaints
– To update customers details accurately on the system
– To perform daily export administration duties
– To Support Sales / Logistics team and MD

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)
– Previous experience in Export documentation
– Has proven Customer Service and/or Sales order processing experiences (via telephone, fax and e-mail onto a customised computer system)
– Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills
– Some travel may be required
– Interest in Interior Design / Product Design – Desirable
– IT literate (Excel) – essential

The Salary:
£26,000 – £30,000 per year
