Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
Fit Out Site Manager – £40,000 – £45,000 BIRMINGHAM
With the Fit Out sector being exceptionally busy I am now looking for an experienced Site Manager based in the Midlands.
This is an opportunity for a Site Manager to come from a supervisory/assistant role. I’m looking for people that have experience working on retail, leisure, education and commercial projects ranging from £200,000 – £5m.
My client have seen year on year repeat business and this has come down to a team of dedicated Contracts Managers that have come through the business from being on the tools.
General Site Management skill required:
Must have SMSTS
Must have Asbestos Awareness
Must have NQVQ level 2 in Construction
It would be a big bonus if you are a joiner by trade.
You must be able to be authorotive and have experience with holding toolbox talks.
