Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager (Internals) – Social Housing New Build
West London
Our client is a specialist contractor undertaking new build residential developments within the social housing sector with project values from £30 million – £75 million.
The need now exists for an experienced Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager (Internals) on a scheme in Ealing, West London.
The project comprises 270 mixed tenure flats in 3 x 9 storey blocks. The Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager will be required to start immediately and working alongside the Project Manager. You will be responsible for taking one block through finishes from 1st fix through to handover in line with programme and to the required client’s standard.
The ideal candidate will have strong internals experience, preferably in the residential sector and ideally come from a trades background.
Applicants with a current CSCS & First Aid would be at an advantage.
