School Caretaker / Site Manager

Salary: £15.6 per hour

CERT Solutions are looking to recruit a caretaker or site manager for a school in the Birmingham area. This role will be temp to permanent and depending on the school you may be required to work term time only or all year round, split shifts or staggered shifts.

The right candidate must have:

* A proven track record of site maintenance/caretaking within schools

* Reliable and committed

* Flexible working hours

* Able to commute to north Birmingham

You will have general responsibility to ensure the appearance and security of the school are maintained at all times. You will be responsible for opening and locking up the school morning and evening.

The school are looking to meet candidates immediately so they can start after February half term.
