Site Manager

Site Manager urgently required. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to work on a traditional and timber frame scheme of 4 and 5 bedroom homes for one of the most successful residential developers in Scotland. The successful candidate needs to bring with them a proven track record of working on traditional and timber frame residential projects, delivering a quality product against tight programs. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, duties will include supervision of sub-contractors, chairing progress meetings, Q.A. control, provide H&S Training and ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget.

Applicants MUST have at least 5 years experience as a stand alone Site Manager with a UK based residential developer delivering a high quality product against challenging deadlines and strict budget, MUST currently live within easy travelling distance of the Fife area, MUST possess a valid CSCS card, SMSTS card and First Aid qualification as a minimum, MUST have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and MUST provide at least two references in support of their application.
