Fit Out Contracts Manager

CONTRACTS MANAGER ( FIT OUT CONSTRUCTION )

My Client are looking for a resulted focused Contracts Manager to join the team in London. The contracts Manager will be required to manage projects within budget and on programme, to the highest standards of workmanship and quality, commercial office interiors contact management experience working on projects valued from £1m to £12m.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for:
– Overall control of a series of projects
– Organisation and operation of effective control over sites, through site managers including health & safety and CDM requirements.
– Achieving financial targets and maintaining strict budgetary control by means of the company financial systems.
– Motivating site management and sub-contractors, and ensure adequate resources to achieve project programmes.
– Achieving complete client satisfaction on all contracts.

The candidate must be fully experienced in delivering concurrent projects from POS to completion on site including, being fully conversant with specifications/drawings, design/build and Bills of Quantities.

The Contracts Manager will be able to take full control and responsibility of; health and safety and quality and financial control.
