Contracts & Proposals Lead

Salary: £48 per hour

Jim Gleeson is recruiting for a Contracts & Proposals Lead to join a leading, dynamic and fast-growing consultancy on a permanent basis. This consultancy specialises in Advanced Therapies and Rare Diseases. They are based in Crewe, and can offer flexible home working.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Contracts & Proposals Lead you will work closely with key account managers to respond to proposal requests and support both clinical and clinical supplier contracts and proposals.

Key duties will include:

– Managing the production of compliant, professional commercial proposals within agreed timeframes
– Work with scientists to develop bids and costings that support clients’ needs
– Reviewing and commenting on the implications and suitability of client and third party contracts
– Attending proposal bid defence meetings, kick-off meetings, review meetings and sign-off meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

As Contracts & Proposals Lead you will require:

– A life science degree
– CRO based experience in a commercial / contracts role
– The ability to plan, produce and deliver compliant proposal documents in a fast-paced organisation
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
