Recruitment Solutions Wales are looking for Quality Inspectors for one of South Wales leading Aerospace Manufacturers.

First Article Inspector.

* Experience in completing Aerospace AS9102 standard first article forms.

* Use of analogue measuring equipment both imperial and metric.

* Understanding and experience in using 2d drawings and BOM’s to verify manufactured items meet customer requirements.

* Conducting visual and measurement checks, returning products for re-work; confirming re-work; rejecting items that do not meet customers criteria.

* Review incoming material certification by confirming specifications.

* Computer literate with experience of MS Office suite to communicate required adjustments to production engineering.

* Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

* Able to operate CMM machines.

* Familiar with Airbus FAI Processess.
