Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Nationwide
Salary: £26,000 – £31,200per yearDOE

The foundation for the success of the Field Sales / Area Sales Manager is built on your continual recruitment of a high performing team of self-employed Avon Representatives and Sales Leaders.

Think of yourself as a local business manager. Your team are your strongest asset and the main focus of your activity will be to constantly grow and develop that team. You have to always be developing your network of contacts for new business opportunities and new people to join you.

Developing a high performing sales team won`t happen overnight; it takes time and constant energy to achieve. And retention of your team is just as important as recruiting and growing it…. You have to use all your training, mentoring, development and motivation skills to ensure your team remain engaged, motivated, correctly skilled and focused to deliver the long term sales results you require and, in turn, reap the rewards they deserve. Not just a jack of all trades, you`re more likely to be a master of them too! You will talk to anyone about anything and build relationships quickly, motivating others to reach their targets.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
You will understand and recognise the commercial returns to be made from managing and developing a high performing, engaged and energised team which will drive you to success. As you will spend most of your time travelling around your area, a full driving licence is required.
