Sales & Business Development Manager
I am currently recruiting for a multi-million pound fast paced dynamic company who are looking for a target orientated Sales & Business Development Manager. The Sales Manager will be a proven achiever, with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
You will be confident generating business yourself; as well as growing/motivating a team of B2B sales staff of Sales Executives ensuring they achieve targeted results.
Key Skills required
You will possess a successful Sales track record, ideally, within a B2B environment and/or face to face.
You will have had previous Call Centre experience.
You will be involved with areas of Business Development as well.
Great negotiating skills are a necessary asset.
Professional and polished both in appearance and communication skills.
Hours 8:30am – 17:30pm Monday-Friday
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 PA (depending on experience) OTE £50,000-60,000 + (Uncapped.)
